Hanadi Chehabeddine is a globally recognized inclusion strategist, certified executive coach, and keynote speaker who helps organizations embed equity into leadership, culture, and systems. Named a World-Class Peacekeeper by the Star Tribune, she is known for her ability to facilitate bold conversations, shift mindsets, and guide teams through meaningful change.

Hanadi advises senior leaders and executive teams on inclusive leadership, change management, and long-term cultural transformation. She brings a strategic lens to DEI, helping organizations align their values with business goals and operational realities. Her approach combines deep reflection with action, challenging leaders to lead with clarity, empathy, and impact.

She has worked with global brands such as Google, Twitter, Zoom, Airbnb, Indeed, and Kimberly-Clark, where she supported the global rollout of an inclusive leadership program across five regions. Her programs have been featured at SHRM, The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, and the National Diplomacy Summit.

Hanadi served on NASA’s DEI Committee, joined the U.S. State Department as a speaker on social change, and delivered a TEDx talk in 2017. Her work has been featured in The Washington Times, The Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Star Tribune, and The Minneapolis Institute of Art.

She holds a Master’s in International Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and began her career as an award-winning creative professional in the Middle East, honored at the Cannes Lions Festival for her work in media and messaging.
