With research and data, I work together with organizations to lead critical conversations about race, religion and identities, identify the gaps that exist in their systems, understand the employee experience and finally provide recommendations to improve representation, empower communities of color and give every single person the opportunity to thrive.
This requires leading meaningful and courageous conversations that hold people accountable, dismantle misconceptions, humanize people and reinforce a real and genuine representation of all minority groups in the workplace.
